Download More Coffee (“we”, “us”) runs downloadmorecoffee.com — a parody site with a genuine coffee-recommendation quiz. Short version: we collect almost nothing, never sell your data, send no marketing, and the site’s shopping links are not affiliate links right now.

What we collect

• Contact form: if you message us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply. Your IP address is used for rate limiting and spam prevention, and appears in the email we receive and in our logs. Messages are forwarded to us by email; the site keeps no database of them.
• The quiz: your answers are processed in your browser only — never transmitted to us, never stored anywhere but your own browser tab.
• Basic server logs: our hosting provider and Cloudflare keep standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, page) for security and reliability.
• Anonymous analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page performance without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.

Why we collect it & how long we keep it

Contact details are used only to respond to you — we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Rate-limit entries expire after 1 hour; server logs are kept up to 30 days; contact email copies up to 12 months, then deleted, unless an ongoing conversation, security investigation, or legal obligation requires longer.

Third parties & cookies

We rely on Cloudflare (content delivery, security, cookie-free analytics), Resend (delivers contact-form emails), and our hosting provider (infrastructure logs); each keeps data under its own terms. We set no advertising or analytics cookies. If affiliate links are ever enabled and you click one, the retailer’s privacy policy applies from that click.

Your choices & contact

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you — in practice, contact-form correspondence — through the contact form. To share nothing, don’t use the form; the rest of the site needs no personal data. If we make a material change to this policy, we will announce it on this page before the change takes effect and update the effective date above.
